Sauce

Ingredients

  • 8oz pureed tomatoes, pureed
  • 2 shallots, chopped
  •   basil
  •   stock
  •   spring onions

Method

  1. Fry shallots, spring onions and basil gently for 2 minutes.
  2. Add stock. Bring to boil and reduce.
