- spaghetti
- bacon
- ½ cup white wine
- eggs, beaten
- Parmesan, grated

Method
- Add ½ cup of white wine to the bacon mixture and cook for 2 minutes.
- Cook spaghetti, drain, and add to the bacon mixture.
- Add beaten eggs and grated Parmesan and stir in carefully.
- Turn off the heat and add butter and extra cheese to moisten.
