Spaghetti Carbonara

Ingredients

  •   spaghetti
  •   bacon
  • ½ cup white wine
  •   eggs, beaten
  •   Parmesan, grated
  •   butter

Method

  1. Add ½ cup of white wine to the bacon mixture and cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Cook spaghetti, drain, and add to the bacon mixture.
  3. Add beaten eggs and grated Parmesan and stir in carefully.
  4. Turn off the heat and add butter and extra cheese to moisten.
