Ingredients
- raw chicken breast, cut into long thin strips
- seasoned flour
- 2 eggs, whisked
- 100gms breadcrumbs
- 50gms parmesan cheese, grated
- a little bit olive and sunflower oil, mixed
Method
- Cut raw chicken breast into long thin little pieces, then toss the strips in seasoned flour.
- Whisk 2 eggs, put chicken strips in the egg, and then in 100gms breadcrumbs mixed with 50gms grated parmesan cheese.
- Put a little bit of olive and sunflower oil on an oven tray. Lay crumbed chicken in a single layer.
- Put in a 200°C oven for 15 mins, turning after 5 mins.
- Serve with home made tomato sauce.
