Chicken Goujons

Ingredients

  •   raw chicken breast, cut into long thin strips
  •   seasoned flour
  • 2 eggs, whisked
  • 100gms breadcrumbs
  • 50gms parmesan cheese, grated
  • a little bit olive and sunflower oil, mixed

Method

  1. Cut raw chicken breast into long thin little pieces, then toss the strips in seasoned flour.
  2. Whisk 2 eggs, put chicken strips in the egg, and then in 100gms breadcrumbs mixed with 50gms grated parmesan cheese.
  3. Put a little bit of olive and sunflower oil on an oven tray. Lay crumbed chicken in a single layer.
  4. Put in a 200°C oven for 15 mins, turning after 5 mins.
  5. Serve with home made tomato sauce.
