Potato Wedges with Beans and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 medium potatoes, cut lengthways into 8 wedges each
  • 1 tablespoon water
  •   cheese, grated
  • 1 can baked beans

Method

  1. Cut each potato lengthways into 8 wedges and microwave with a tablespoon of water for approximately 8 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle the wedges with cheese and grill until golden brown.
  3. Meanwhile, empty a can of beans into a serving bowl. Arrange the wedges amongst the beans and microwave for 3 minutes. Serve hot.
