Method
- Cut each potato lengthways into 8 wedges and microwave with a tablespoon of water for approximately 8 minutes.
- Sprinkle the wedges with cheese and grill until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, empty a can of beans into a serving bowl. Arrange the wedges amongst the beans and microwave for 3 minutes. Serve hot.
