Ingredients
- 2 tbsp clear honey
- 175g margarine
- 100g muscovado sugar
- 225g rolled oats
- 75g dried ready-to-eat apricots, cut into small pieces
- 75g plain chocolate chips
- 225g plain chocolate
- 50g walnuts, chopped and toasted
- 50g flaked almonds, toasted
Method
- Preheat oven to 180C/350F/Gas 4. Grease and line a 28cm/11in x 18cm/7in baking tin. Place honey, margarine and sugar in a pan and melt over low heat. Stir in the oats, apricots and chocolate chips.
