Chicken Maryland

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, skin on
  • 1 tablsp honey, warmed
  •   root ginger, grated
  •   soy sauce
  • 1 banana, halved
  •   streaky bacon

Method

  1. Warm 1 tablsp honey and mix with grated root ginger and soy sauce.
  2. Turn chicken pieces until well coated and leave 2 hrs or overnight.
  3. Bake 45 mins at Oven 6.
  4. Halve 1 banana and wrap with streaky bacon. Bake in oven 6 until crispy (about 10–15 mins).

Notes

Can serve with fritters. Marinate 2 hrs or overnight.
