Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, skin on
- 1 tablsp honey, warmed
- root ginger, grated
- soy sauce
- 1 banana, halved
- streaky bacon
Method
- Warm 1 tablsp honey and mix with grated root ginger and soy sauce.
- Turn chicken pieces until well coated and leave 2 hrs or overnight.
- Bake 45 mins at Oven 6.
- Halve 1 banana and wrap with streaky bacon. Bake in oven 6 until crispy (about 10–15 mins).
Notes
Can serve with fritters. Marinate 2 hrs or overnight.
