Ingredients
- 2-4 slices stale bread, cut into fingers, then into cubes
- 1-2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Method
- Cut 2-4 slices of stale bread into fingers, then into cubes. Put into a bowl.
- Optionally add 1-2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese.
- Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and mix well.
- Spread evenly over an oven tray. Put in oven for 10 minutes, watching carefully.
Notes
Watch carefully in the oven. Can add 1-2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese.
