Chicken & Vegetable Pies

Serves 4 Prep 15 min Cook 25 min From Morrisons

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 4 chicken fillets, diced
  • 1 leek, sliced
  • 150g button mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 x 400g cans Morrisons Chunky Soup Chicken and Vegetable
  • 375g ready rolled puff pastry
  •   milk

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C/425°F/Gas 6.
  2. Heat the oil in a large pan, add the chicken and leek and cook for 5 minutes. Add the mushrooms and soup and heat thoroughly.
  3. Unroll the pastry onto a lightly floured board and cut out circles to cover the dishes.
  4. Spoon the mixture into the dishes, cover with the pastry lids and brush lightly with milk.
  5. Place the pies on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.

Notes

You will need 4 individual pie dishes. Brush pastry lids lightly with milk before baking.
