Ingredients
- 2 tbsp oil
- 4 chicken fillets, diced
- 1 leek, sliced
- 150g button mushrooms, sliced
- 2 x 400g cans Morrisons Chunky Soup Chicken and Vegetable
- 375g ready rolled puff pastry
- milk
Method
- Preheat the oven to 220°C/425°F/Gas 6.
- Heat the oil in a large pan, add the chicken and leek and cook for 5 minutes. Add the mushrooms and soup and heat thoroughly.
- Unroll the pastry onto a lightly floured board and cut out circles to cover the dishes.
- Spoon the mixture into the dishes, cover with the pastry lids and brush lightly with milk.
- Place the pies on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
Notes
You will need 4 individual pie dishes. Brush pastry lids lightly with milk before baking.
