Ingredients
- brown bread, buttered
- spring onions, washed
- walnuts, chopped
- cream or sliced cheese
- small pastry cases or croustards
- prawn cocktail
- dill
Method
- Butter slices of brown bread. Lay a washed spring onion on one end of each slice and roll up firmly. Squeeze in chopped walnuts and cream or sliced cheese, then cut into 1 inch rolls.
- Fill small pastry cases (or croustards) with small amounts of prawn cocktail with dill.
