Ingredients

  •   beef, diced
  •   pork, diced
  •   kidney, diced
  •   onion, rough chopped
  • small amount stock or oxo cube
  •   pastry

Method

  1. Dice good beef, pork and kidney. Fry till brown then add rough chopped onion.
  2. After 3-4 mins add a small amount of stock (or oxo cube) to keep moist.
  3. Cool thoroughly before using.
  4. Line individual pie dishes with pastry. Fill with meat mix. Cover with pastry lid.
  5. Can be cooked with only pastry lid for 20-30 mins on oven setting 6.
