Ingredients
- beef, diced
- pork, diced
- kidney, diced
- onion, rough chopped
- small amount stock or oxo cube
- pastry
Method
- Dice good beef, pork and kidney. Fry till brown then add rough chopped onion.
- After 3-4 mins add a small amount of stock (or oxo cube) to keep moist.
- Cool thoroughly before using.
- Line individual pie dishes with pastry. Fill with meat mix. Cover with pastry lid.
- Can be cooked with only pastry lid for 20-30 mins on oven setting 6.
