Ingredients
- cooked prunes (or tinned ready), stoned
- bacon rashers, streaky, stretched
- small pieces chicken livers, fried in butter, not overcooked
Method
- Fry small pieces of chicken liver in butter. Do NOT overcook.
- Lay a stretched bacon rasher down flat.
- Roll the bacon around a prune stuffed with a little bit of liver. Can add a bit of cayenne pepper.
- Cook in a hot oven for 10–15 minutes.
Notes
Can use a bit of cayenne pepper.
