Ingredients
- 250 gms SR flour
- 125 gms shredded suet
- a little salt
- a little parsley, chopped
- cold water
Method
- Mix the SR flour, shredded suet, a little salt and chopped parsley together. Add cold water to make a soft, springy dough.
- Roll into balls and add to cooked hot mince or stew.
- Cook for 20 mins with the lid on.
