Ingredients

  • 250 gms SR flour
  • 125 gms shredded suet
  • a little salt
  • a little parsley, chopped
  •   cold water

Method

  1. Mix the SR flour, shredded suet, a little salt and chopped parsley together. Add cold water to make a soft, springy dough.
  2. Roll into balls and add to cooked hot mince or stew.
  3. Cook for 20 mins with the lid on.
