Butter Icing

Ingredients

  • 4½ ozs butter or margarine
  • 4½ ozs icing sugar, sieved
  •   flavouring
  •   food colouring

Method

  1. Put butter, icing sugar and flavouring into mixing bowl.
  2. Beat until creamy at medium speed.
  3. Add colour as required and mix until evenly distributed.
