Ingredients
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 1 onion
- a few runner beans, sliced
- a little turnip, chopped
- 12 oz lambs liver, chopped
- 1 tbsp thyme, chopped
Method
- Fry together the chopped carrots, onion, sliced runner beans, and a little chopped turnip together with 12 oz chopped lambs liver and cook for 10 mins, stirring.
- Then add 1 tablespoon chopped thyme and cook for a further 10 mins.
