Lambs Liver

Ingredients

  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 1 onion
  • a few runner beans, sliced
  • a little turnip, chopped
  • 12 oz lambs liver, chopped
  • 1 tbsp thyme, chopped

Method

  1. Fry together the chopped carrots, onion, sliced runner beans, and a little chopped turnip together with 12 oz chopped lambs liver and cook for 10 mins, stirring.
  2. Then add 1 tablespoon chopped thyme and cook for a further 10 mins.
