Ingredients
- 3 lemons
- 3 to 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 pints boiling water
Method
- Wash the lemons, peel the rind off one as thinly as possible, then squeeze juice out of all of them.
- Put the juice and rind into a jug, add the sugar, pour over the boiling water, and cover.
- Leave in the refrigerator overnight, then strain into a jug containing ice cubes.
