Steamed Salmon for 4

Serves 4 Cook 14 min

Ingredients

  • 2 lb salmon, flattened into fillets
  •   mousseline
  •   butter

Method

  1. Flatten fillets between sheets of cling film. Spread out.
  2. Cover with mousseline.
  3. Cover with a second flattened fillet.
  4. Put butter on top. Wrap in foil and slice into 4 pieces.
  5. Cook 7 minutes on each side.
