Ingredients
- 5 oz Eden Vale fresh soured cream
- 2 teasps. coffee essence
- 5 oz walnuts, chopped
- 2 level teasps. sugar or honey
Method
- Blend together all ingredients.
Notes
Serve with individual pavlovas, choux balls, poached pears or ice cream.
