Corned Beef Hash

Ingredients

  •   cold boiled potatoes, cut into small cubes
  •   corned beef, cubed
  • a dash Worcestershire sauce
  • a good splash tomato ketchup
  •   eggs, raw

Method

  1. Cut cold boiled potatoes into small cubes, then fry until golden.
  2. Add cubed corned beef, a dash of Worcestershire sauce and a good splash of tomato ketchup. Fry together.
  3. Break in raw eggs, cover with a lid, and cook over a low heat until the eggs are set.
