Ingredients

  •   orange juice
  •   porridge
  •   kiwi fruit
  •   wholemeal toast
  •   sardines canned in tomato sauce
  •   lettuce
  •   tomato
  •   cucumber
  •   onion
  •   sunflower seeds
  •   banana
  •   pasta
  •   onion
  •   chicken
  •   tinned tomatoes
  •   broccoli
  •   carrots
  •   apple
  •   yogurt

Method

  1. Breakfast: Serve orange juice, porridge, kiwi fruit and wholemeal toast.
  2. Lunch: Serve sardines canned in tomato sauce alongside a salad of lettuce, tomato, cucumber and onion. Add sunflower seeds. Serve with a banana.
  3. Dinner: Cook pasta. Make a sauce from onion, chicken, tinned tomatoes, broccoli and carrots and serve over the pasta. Follow with an apple and yogurt.

A full day slimming menu divided into three meals. Breakfast: orange juice, porridge, kiwi fruit, wholemeal toast.
