Method
- Breakfast: Serve orange juice, porridge, kiwi fruit and wholemeal toast.
- Lunch: Serve sardines canned in tomato sauce alongside a salad of lettuce, tomato, cucumber and onion. Add sunflower seeds. Serve with a banana.
- Dinner: Cook pasta. Make a sauce from onion, chicken, tinned tomatoes, broccoli and carrots and serve over the pasta. Follow with an apple and yogurt.
