Moroccan Orange Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 large oranges
  • 8-10 fresh dates, stoned and cut lengthways into thick strips
  • 25g flaked almonds, toasted
  • juice of 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 tbsp light muscovado sugar
  • a little ground cinnamon
  •   Greek strained yogurt, to serve

Method

  1. Peel oranges, removing pith, then cut crossways into slices. Place on a dish with the dates and top with almonds.
  2. Mix lemon juice and sugar and pour over salad. Chill, then sprinkle with cinnamon and serve with the yogurt.
