Ingredients
- 4 large oranges
- 8-10 fresh dates, stoned and cut lengthways into thick strips
- 25g flaked almonds, toasted
- juice of 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tbsp light muscovado sugar
- a little ground cinnamon
- Greek strained yogurt, to serve
Method
- Peel oranges, removing pith, then cut crossways into slices. Place on a dish with the dates and top with almonds.
- Mix lemon juice and sugar and pour over salad. Chill, then sprinkle with cinnamon and serve with the yogurt.
