Mushroom Soup

Ingredients

  •   brown or white mushrooms, slightly fried in oil and butter
  • 1 tin drained butter beans
  •   chicken stock, enough to cover
  • a little white wine

Method

  1. Brown or white mushrooms slightly fried in oil and butter.
  2. Add 1 tin of drained butter beans to pan.
  3. Add enough chicken stock (with a little white wine) to cover.
  4. Simmer slowly or microwave until soft enough to sieve into a thick mix.
  5. Serve with sliced mushrooms on top and crusty bread.
