Ingredients
- brown or white mushrooms, slightly fried in oil and butter
- 1 tin drained butter beans
- chicken stock, enough to cover
- a little white wine
Method
- Brown or white mushrooms slightly fried in oil and butter.
- Add 1 tin of drained butter beans to pan.
- Add enough chicken stock (with a little white wine) to cover.
- Simmer slowly or microwave until soft enough to sieve into a thick mix.
- Serve with sliced mushrooms on top and crusty bread.
