Ingredients
- 1 egg, hard-boiled, peeled
- 2 tsp mayonnaise
- 2-3 tbsp watercress, chopped
- butter
- 1 wholewheat roll
- 50g wafer-thin smoked ham
- seasoning
Method
- Place the egg in a bowl and mash with a fork. Stir in the mayonnaise, watercress and seasoning. Butter the roll, spread one side with the egg mixture, then layer the ham on top. Press the other half of the roll firmly on top and wrap in foil or greaseproof paper.
