Ingredients
- 1 large salmon, flaked
- 1 cup thick cream
- 2 tblps cream cheese
- 1 pkt gelatine, dissolved as per instructions
- salt and pepper
- dill, a little
- 2 tsps spring onions, finely chopped
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Method
- Flake 1 large tin salmon and mix with 1 cup of thick cream and 2 tablespoons cream cheese.
- Dissolve 1 packet of gelatine as per instructions and mix in quickly with salt and pepper and a little dill.
- Add finely chopped spring onions (2 tsps) and finely chopped celery (1 stalk). Mix very well.
- Add lemon juice (1 tsp).
- Spoon into fish moulds (small) or 1 large. Make sure there are no air bubbles by pressing down very well after sticking a fork in.
- Put in fridge for at least 2-4 hours.
