Ingredients
- 1 baked potato, scooped out
- butter
- cheese, grated
- 1 Goldenlay egg
Method
- Scoop out some of the pulp from the baked potato.
- Fork up the remaining pulp with butter and some grated cheese.
- Break in one Goldenlay egg.
- Bake for seven minutes at 425°F (Gas Mark 7) or until the white is set.
