Baked Potato with Egg

Ingredients

  • 1 baked potato, scooped out
  •   butter
  •   cheese, grated
  • 1 Goldenlay egg

Method

  1. Scoop out some of the pulp from the baked potato.
  2. Fork up the remaining pulp with butter and some grated cheese.
  3. Break in one Goldenlay egg.
  4. Bake for seven minutes at 425°F (Gas Mark 7) or until the white is set.
