Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- ½ onion, finely diced
- 1 tablespoon sherry
- button mushrooms, sliced
- 3 tablespoons double cream
- ½ tin condensed soup
Method
- Fry 2 chicken breasts to seal.
- Add ½ finely diced onion and cook for 8 minutes.
- Pour 1 tablespoon of sherry over.
- Then add sliced button mushrooms.
- Pour 3 tablespoons of double cream over, or alternatively use ½ tin of condensed soup.
- Put in an ovenproof dish and cook in a gas oven at Gas Mark 3 for 45–50 minutes.
Notes
Double cream or ½ tin condensed soup can be used as an alternative.
