Cheese & Onion Pastry

Ingredients

  • 2 tbls onion, grated
  • 2 tbls cheese, grated
  • 3 tbls milk
  • 2 oz chopped cooked ingredient (unclear from OCR), chopped, cooked

Method

  1. Mix in 2 tbls chopped cooked [ingredient], oz each grated onion and cheese.
  2. Stir in 3 tbls milk and knead to a pastry consistency.
  3. Roll out to ¼ inch thickness and cut to shape.
  4. Bake for 15–20 minutes in a hot oven.

Notes
