Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes, cut lengthways into 8 wedges each
- 1 tablespoon water
- cheese, sprinkled over wedges
- 1 can baked beans
Method
- Take 2 medium sized potatoes and cut each one lengthways into 8 wedges.
- Microwave the wedges with a tablespoon of water for approximately 8 minutes.
- Sprinkle the wedges with cheese and grill until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, empty a can of beans into a serving bowl.
- Arrange the wedges amongst the beans and microwave for 3 minutes. Serve hot.
