Potato Wedges with Beans and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 medium potatoes, cut lengthways into 8 wedges each
  • 1 tablespoon water
  •   cheese, sprinkled over wedges
  • 1 can baked beans

Method

  1. Take 2 medium sized potatoes and cut each one lengthways into 8 wedges.
  2. Microwave the wedges with a tablespoon of water for approximately 8 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle the wedges with cheese and grill until golden brown.
  4. Meanwhile, empty a can of beans into a serving bowl.
  5. Arrange the wedges amongst the beans and microwave for 3 minutes. Serve hot.
