Ingredients
- pastry, rolled out
- cheese
- thyme leaves
Method
- Roll out pastry and sprinkle liberally with cheese and thyme leaves.
- Fold both sides to the middle, then repeat.
- Cut into thick slices and bake in a hot oven for 5–7 minutes.
- Turn and cook for a further 2 minutes if necessary.
Notes
Sprinkle cheese and thyme leaves liberally over pastry before folding.
