Ingredients
- Red Desirée potatoes, whole
- goose fat, duck fat, or beef fat
Method
- Put oven tray in oven with goose or duck fat, or beef fat to get hot (in 10 mins).
- Boil (whole) potatoes for 10 mins. Drain - put lid on and give a good shake.
- Take hot tray out of oven and place over direct heat (low). Put potatoes on hot tray and spoon the hot fat over.
- Place in oven - top shelf for 40 mins.
