Chicken Pieces – Fried

Ingredients

  •   chicken pieces
  •   hot fat
  • 2-3 shallots, sliced finely
  •   parsley
  •   tarragon
  •   chives
  •   thyme
  •   salt and pepper

Method

  1. Fry chicken pieces in hot fat 5–7 mins on each side until nice brown.
  2. Cover and cook. Slice 2–3 shallots finely and add to pan for 7–8 mins.
  3. Add parsley, tarragon, chives and thyme, and salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cook in pan (covered) for another 15 mins.

Notes

Can use chicken legs + fillets + breasts
