Ingredients
- 8 oz. carton Eden Vale cottage cheese
- 5 oz. carton Eden Vale fresh soured cream
- flavourings of choice (sweetcorn, peppers, ham, chutney, pineapple, horseradish, mustard, garlic, onion, chicken, turkey, prawns, crystallised ginger)
Method
- Combine the Eden Vale cottage cheese and Eden Vale fresh soured cream to make the basic dip.
- Add one (or a suitable combination) of your favourite flavours — sweetcorn, peppers, ham, chutney, pineapple, horseradish, mustard, garlic, onion, chicken, turkey, prawns, or crystallised ginger.
- Season to taste and serve with crisps, carrot sticks or savoury biscuits.

LITTLE EATS WITH COTTAGE CHEESE:
Stuffed Prunes: Big, soft prunes filled with Eden Vale cottage cheese and decorated with blanched and salted almonds.
Celery: Celery stalks filled with cottage cheese seasoned with onion salt.
Ham Rolls: Thin slices of good ham cut in strips about 1½–2 inches wide (or thin slices of ham sausage) spread with Eden Vale cottage cheese, seasoned with mustard and a dash of tomato ketchup. Roll up and serve on cocktail sticks.
