Mix together pork, onion, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and seasoning. Divide into two.
Place half of the pork mixture in a rectangular shape across the centre 4" (10cm) of the pastry, top with sliced apple and sprinkle with cinnamon. Place remaining pork on top of the apple.
Fold half of the pastry over the meat, brush the edge with beaten egg. Fold over the other half of the pastry, seal and turn upside down on a baking tray. Brush with egg.
