Ingredients
- onion, chopped
- oregano
- paprika
- bay leaf
- to cover water (or stock cube flavour)
- potato, chopped
- sweet corn (or rice)
- runner beans, chopped
- butter beans, from tin
Method
- Fry chopped onion with oregano and paprika.
- Add bay leaf and water to cover (or stock cube flavour), then chopped potato, sweet corn (or rice) and chopped runner beans.
- Cook for 10 mins, then add butter beans (from tin).
- Warm through and serve.
Notes
Sweet corn or rice can be used instead of sweetcorn. Stock cube flavour can be used instead of plain water.
