Dip for Crisps etc.

Ingredients

  •   double cream or mayonnaise
  •   lemon juice
  •   chives, chopped
  •   chillies or chilli powder, flaked
  •   ginger, chopped

Method

  1. Place cream (double) or mayonnaise in a bowl. Add lemon juice, chopped chives, flaked chillies (or chilli powder), and chopped ginger.
  2. Mix all together and leave in fridge for 2 days before using.
