  •   fish or chicken, cut into strips
  •   batter

Method

  1. Dip strips of fish or chicken in batter.
  2. Deep fry in hot fat for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Drain and stand until fat is very hot.
  4. Fry for 4-6 minutes more.

Notes

Strips of fish or chicken dipped in batter. Deep fry in hot fat 2-3 mins, then drain and stand until fat is very hot. Fry 4-6 mins more.
