Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lamb mince
  • 1 med onion, fried until soft
  • 1 egg
  • ½ teasp rosemary, chopped
  •   salt and pepper
  •   spaghetti
  •   butter
  •   tomato sauce
  •   cheese, grated

Method

  1. Fry 1 medium onion until soft, then add to raw mince with 1 egg, chopped rosemary (½ teasp), salt and pepper.
  2. Shape mixture into balls and fry till golden brown (10 mins each side).
  3. Cook spaghetti, drain and add butter and salt, then put in serving bowl.
  4. Top with tomato sauce, meatballs and grated cheese. Pop under grill till cheese is melted. Serve.

Notes

Fry meatballs 10 mins each side until golden brown.
