Ingredients
- 1 lb lamb mince
- 1 med onion, fried until soft
- 1 egg
- ½ teasp rosemary, chopped
- salt and pepper
- spaghetti
- butter
- tomato sauce
- cheese, grated
Method
- Fry 1 medium onion until soft, then add to raw mince with 1 egg, chopped rosemary (½ teasp), salt and pepper.
- Shape mixture into balls and fry till golden brown (10 mins each side).
- Cook spaghetti, drain and add butter and salt, then put in serving bowl.
- Top with tomato sauce, meatballs and grated cheese. Pop under grill till cheese is melted. Serve.

Fry meatballs 10 mins each side until golden brown.
