Ingredients
- 2 lamb chops
- very small amount oil
- 6 apricots, halved
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- mustard
- runny honey
- white wine
Method
- Fry 2 lamb chops in a very small amount of oil.
- Add 6 half apricots. Stir in 3 tablespoons soy sauce, mustard and runny honey.
- Cook for 10–12 minutes.
- Remove meat from pan and allow to rest.
- Add white wine to pan and stir for 2 minutes.
- Serve lamb on chives, with apricots and liquid from pan.
