Lamb Chops

Ingredients

  • 2 lamb chops
  • very small amount oil
  • 6 apricots, halved
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  •   mustard
  •   runny honey
  •   white wine

Method

  1. Fry 2 lamb chops in a very small amount of oil.
  2. Add 6 half apricots. Stir in 3 tablespoons soy sauce, mustard and runny honey.
  3. Cook for 10–12 minutes.
  4. Remove meat from pan and allow to rest.
  5. Add white wine to pan and stir for 2 minutes.
  6. Serve lamb on chives, with apricots and liquid from pan.
