Ingredients
- 2-3 potatoes, very finely sliced
- 3-4 oz mushrooms, sliced
- salt and pepper
- cream, enough to cover
Method
- Very finely slice the potatoes and layer in a pan - 3-4 layers.
- Add 3-4 oz sliced mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper and add cream to cover.
- Add another layer of potatoes (2-3), season with salt and pepper and add cream.
- Place in oven at gas mark 6 for 10 minutes, then reduce to gas mark 4 for 30-40 minutes.

Oven 6 for 10 mins, then oven 4 for 30-40 mins.
