Ingredients
- leek, fried
- cooked chicken
- a little cream
- mustard
- cheddar cheese, cubed
- 6 layers filo pastry, cut into rounds
- spinach, fried in hot pan very quickly till just wilting
- cheese, grated
- a little bit egg, whisked
Method
- Mix fried leek with cooked chicken, a little cream, mustard and cubes of cheddar cheese.
- Take 6 layers of filo pastry cut into rounds. Fry spinach in a hot pan very quickly till just wilting. Add grated cheese and a little bit of whisked egg. Put spoonfuls into the centre of rounds, fold pastry over and cook for about 10 minutes in a moderate oven.

Two filling options are described: (1) fried leek with cooked chicken, cream, mustard and cheddar cheese cubes; (2) spinach with grated cheese and whisked egg in filo pastry rounds.
