Ingredients
- 4 tbsp plain flour
- 4 tbsp ground cumin
- 4 tbsp ground coriander
- grated rind of 1 lime, grated rind
- 8 turkey breast steaks, about 50-75g/2-3oz each
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 450ml/¾ pint chicken stock
- 150g/5oz Greek strained yogurt
- seasoning
Method
- Mix together the flour, spices, lime rind and plenty of seasoning in a polythene bag. Add the steaks and shake the bag to coat them.
- Heat the oil in a sauté pan and fry steaks until golden on both sides. Add stock and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Stir in the yogurt, heat through gently and serve with rice.

Serve with rice.
