Ingredients
- salmon, cut into 2" squares with skin still on
- a dab tomato sauce
- a slice mushroom, sliced
- mozzarella cheese
- basil
Method
- Cut salmon into 2" squares with skin still on.
- Put a dab of tomato sauce on each one, then a slice of mushroom.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, top with basil.
- Put in oven at gas mark 6 for 5-7 minutes. Serve.
Notes
Oven at gas mark 6. Cook for 5-7 mins.
