- lamb fillet
- rosemary
Method
- Hammer the lamb fillet slightly.
- Seal in a frying pan.
- Roast with rosemary in oven at Gas Mark 6 for 20 minutes at the top of the oven.

Top of oven. Oven temperature: Gas Mark 6.
