Ingredients
- 3oz (200g) icing sugar, sieved
- 2 tbs golden syrup
- 3 tbs milk
- 3oz (75g) margarine
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Method
- Place icing sugar in bowl.
- Put remaining ingredients in pan and stir till margarine is melted.
- Pour over sieved icing sugar. Stir with wooden spoon until smooth.
- Pour over cake as soon as icing coats back of spoon. Can be roughed up with fork.
Notes
NB: Left over fudge icing can be melted down over boiling water.
