Carrots in Orange Juice

Ingredients

  • 450g (1lb) Carrots, thinly sliced
  • 125ml (5fl.oz) Orange juice
  • 50g (2oz) Demerara sugar
  •   Parsley, chopped, to garnish

Method

  1. Put carrots, orange juice and sugar in ovenproof dish.
  2. Bake in centre of oven, Gas Mark 5 for 40 minutes.
