Ingredients
- salmon, cut into 2in squares
- a little dab tomato purée
- a slice per piece mushroom, sliced
- mozzarella, grated
Method
- Cut salmon into 2in squares. Place in an oven dish, skin side down.
- Smear a little dab of tomato purée on each piece, then add a slice of mushroom.
- Cover with grated mozzarella and cook for 5–7 minutes at Gas Mark 6.
