Ingredients
- 225 g (8 oz) black grapes
- 225 g (8 oz) Danish salami, finely chopped
- 450 g (1 lb) cream cheese
- salt
- ground black pepper
- chopped parsley
- nibbed almonds
Method
- Cut the black grapes in half and carefully remove all the pips.
- Finely chop the salami and mix with the cream cheese and seasoning.
- Sandwich the grape halves together with a little of the salami and cheese. Coat the grapes with the mix and shape into balls.
- Roll half of the balls in chopped parsley, the remainder in nibbed almonds.
- Spike the balls with cocktail sticks and serve with pieces of celery.
