Cheese and Salami Surprise Nibbles

Ingredients

  • 225 g (8 oz) black grapes
  • 225 g (8 oz) Danish salami, finely chopped
  • 450 g (1 lb) cream cheese
  •   salt
  •   ground black pepper
  •   chopped parsley
  •   nibbed almonds

Method

  1. Cut the black grapes in half and carefully remove all the pips.
  2. Finely chop the salami and mix with the cream cheese and seasoning.
  3. Sandwich the grape halves together with a little of the salami and cheese. Coat the grapes with the mix and shape into balls.
  4. Roll half of the balls in chopped parsley, the remainder in nibbed almonds.
  5. Spike the balls with cocktail sticks and serve with pieces of celery.
