Ingredients

  • 4-6 lamb chops, fried quickly
  •   onions (medium, sliced) or spring onions (whole), fried
  •   baton carrots
  •   thyme
  •   potatoes, thickly sliced
  •   lamb or chicken stock

Method

  1. Fry the lamb chops quickly, then put into a casserole with fried sliced onions (medium) or spring onions (whole), baton carrots, and thyme.
  2. Cover with thickly sliced potatoes and add lamb or chicken stock. Season (STP).
  3. Put in oven at gas mark 6 for 15 minutes, then reduce to gas mark 5 for 45 minutes.

Notes

Gas mark 6 for 15 mins then reduce to gas mark 5 for 45 mins.
