Ingredients
- 4-6 lamb chops, fried quickly
- onions (medium, sliced) or spring onions (whole), fried
- baton carrots
- thyme
- potatoes, thickly sliced
- lamb or chicken stock
Method
- Fry the lamb chops quickly, then put into a casserole with fried sliced onions (medium) or spring onions (whole), baton carrots, and thyme.
- Cover with thickly sliced potatoes and add lamb or chicken stock. Season (STP).
- Put in oven at gas mark 6 for 15 minutes, then reduce to gas mark 5 for 45 minutes.
