Ingredients
- 4 tbsp reduced fat mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 125g cooked peeled prawns
- 4 mini pitta breads
Method
- Mix 4 tbsp of reduced fat mayo with 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce.
- Add 125g of cooked peeled prawns and mix well.
- Heat 4 mini pitta breads, slice in half and spoon in the prawn mixture and serve.
