Ingredients
- 2 tbsp golden syrup
- 1 oz sugar
- cinnamon, shake of
- 2 oz butter
- 1 small tub mascarpone
- fruit, chopped
Method
- Put golden syrup (2 tbsp), 1 oz sugar, shake of cinnamon, 2 oz butter, and 1 small tub mascarpone into a frying pan.
- Add chopped fruit then heat slowly until starting to caramelise.
- Put on plate to serve.
