Souper Wedges

Ingredients

  • 2 medium potatoes, cut lengthways into 8 wedges
  • 1 tablespoon water
  •   butter
  •   cheese, grated
  •   soup, pumpkin or carrot, heated

Method

  1. Cut each potato lengthways into 8 wedges.
  2. Microwave the wedges with a tablespoon of water for approximately 5 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, prepare some soup such as pumpkin or carrot and heat it.
  4. Brush the microwaved wedges with butter, sprinkle with cheese and grill until golden.
  5. Once heated, arrange the wedges around the bowl of soup and serve.

Serve wedges arranged around a bowl of soup such as pumpkin or carrot.
