Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes, cut lengthways into 8 wedges
- 1 tablespoon water
- butter
- cheese, grated
- soup, pumpkin or carrot, heated
Method
- Cut each potato lengthways into 8 wedges.
- Microwave the wedges with a tablespoon of water for approximately 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare some soup such as pumpkin or carrot and heat it.
- Brush the microwaved wedges with butter, sprinkle with cheese and grill until golden.
- Once heated, arrange the wedges around the bowl of soup and serve.
